These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GetGo website at getgoapp.ai and the purchase of GetGo-branded products from Mast Labs LLC ("Mast Labs," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase. By placing an order, you confirm you are of legal age and authorized to use the payment method provided.

2. Products and Pre-Orders

GetGo products, including SnapDoodle™, are currently offered on a pre-order basis. By placing a pre-order, you understand:

Your payment method will be charged at the time of order
Estimated shipping times are approximate and may shift
We will notify you by email of any material delays
You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before it ships

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change. Payment is processed by Stripe. Mast Labs does not store credit card information.

4. Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

5. Pre-Order Cancellation, Returns, and Refunds

During the pre-order phase, the following policy applies:

Cancellation: Pre-orders may be cancelled at any time before shipment for a full refund. Email help@themastlabs.com with your order number to request cancellation.
Returns: A formal return and refund policy will be published prior to products shipping. By placing a pre-order, you accept that final return terms will be communicated by email before your order ships, and that you may cancel for a full refund up until that point if the terms are unacceptable.
Defective or damaged products: If your product arrives defective or damaged, contact help@themastlabs.com within 14 days of receipt. We will repair, replace, or refund the affected items.

6. Acceptable Use of the AI Image Generator

The GetGo AI image generator is intended for personal, non-commercial use by parents and children. By using the generator, you agree not to submit prompts that are illegal, harmful, hateful, sexually explicit, defamatory, or infringing on the rights of others. We reserve the right to restrict or block access to anyone who misuses the service.

Images generated by the AI are provided "as is." We make no representation as to their accuracy, originality, or fitness for any particular purpose, and disclaim warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Intellectual Property

All site content, the GetGo and SnapDoodle™ trademarks, product designs, copy, and branding are the property of Mast Labs LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use them without prior written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, EXCEPT THOSE PROVIDED BY APPLICABLE MANUFACTURER WARRANTIES. MAST LABS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MAST LABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT IN QUESTION.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Mast Labs harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the site, products, or AI image generator, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the site or refuse orders for violation of these Terms, fraud, or any conduct we determine to be harmful.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
